Sarah Connor

Yesterday my group went to some random place in San Jose to FINALLY finish our student visa process. It was been a three step process with a lot of waiting. We spent over 3 hours at the place yesterday. They weren't busy, things just take forever to do in Costa Rica. The man who gave me my visa kept calling me Sarah Connor in this weird voice. I asked him about it and he was like, "Whaat?? How old are you??" I told him 20 and he explained to me that it's a quote from Terminator and was appalled I didn't know that right away. I know I've seen that movie but man, it's been since I was a little kid. But Afterwards.....

I GOT TO SEE THE BODY WORLD EXHIBIT!....for the third time!
I love that exhibit. Unfortunately since it's San Jose they kind of got the shaft. The exhibit was pretty small, and the bodies, and the body parts that they received aren't the coolest ones and seemed like they had had a lot of use already. No matter, it was still amazing to be able to see everything. It was so cool because reading everything in Spanish was pretty fun. It was fun figuring out what body parts are in Spanish. So cool. I could easily go back to Chicago to see it again (since chicago got all of the best bodies, and a huge selection). However, I only paid $10 to see it. It's a lot more in Chicago.

AFTER THAT
I went to get sushi with my friends. SUSHI. I was wigging out. I miss Maru sushi with my friends, and my dad so much! It's the best sushi. The sushi I had last night was good, but Maru knows how to pack a lot of flavor into a tiny roll. Also, their spicy isn't Maru spicy. It was still sushi though, and I was in Heaven.
Here's my state of bliss in that moment:

aaah the joy of sushi. Also I'm holding my Body World exhibit flier!
I'm going hiking soon with some more friends today, I'm hoping it's cool too.
Hasta Luego,
Sara
